I woke to a very stiff back. Slept wrong. Got on the road by 6 am. But wait… two hours into the day my drivers side door glass suddenly shatters! What the hell??? Glass everywhere, pulled over, tossed the glass out all the while keeping the cats and dogs inside.
I made a call to a Honda dealer in Amarillo and they had a glass and would do the replacement under warranty. So, with a towel duct taped over what was a window, I made it there by about 1:45. I got out of there at 4:15.
That’s the first part that sucked, the second, and this pisses me off like I can’t even say… my Canon digital camera has a glitched lens assembly!! Yep, because of some electronic giz inside that out of whack, I can no longer use it!!!
SHIT!!! It’s only a year old! WTF!!
I’m just going to eat, and get to bed. I’m so damn disappointed about that… I wanted to take pictures of this trip.
